This workshop is designed to help ground and center and release anxiety and restlessness.
ISHTA Community Event to follow, 8:30 - 9 pm!
The workshop will begin with gentle asana and pranayama to help release excess vata from your body and mind. You will then move into a series of deeply healing and relaxing restorative poses. In-studio, Mona will use grounding essential oils and gentle hands on adjustments to calm the nervous system and induce a deep state of relaxation. The practice will end with a long yoga nidra designed to help you surrender into stillness and bring clarity into your fall.
