Our Physical Body courses teach you how to master yoga postures as a form of mastering your consciousness. Our approach to the physical body is a reflection of the Tantric perspective that all matter is different densities of energy, and that our bodies are the vehicles that carry us through this life.
Part 2 - The asana component focuses primarily on arm balances, backbends, seated poses and resting poses.
