300 Hour Teacher Training (The Physical Body: Arm Balances, Backbends, Seated Poses and Resting Poses)

For teachers or students who have completed a 200 Hour YTT. Take this training as a standalone or as part of our 300 Hour YTT

Our Physical Body courses teach you how to master yoga postures as a form of mastering your consciousness. Our approach to the physical body is a reflection of the Tantric perspective that all matter is different densities of energy, and that our bodies are the vehicles that carry us through this life.

Part 2 - The asana component focuses primarily on arm balances, lateral stretches, backbends, seated poses and resting poses. Also includes pre-natal, a sequencing workshop, the business of yoga, yin yoga, and therapeutics.

Part 1 and 2 can be taken in any order
