Recovering from an injury or surgery and not getting to your mat? Want to try something new? ISHTA Chair Yoga offers seated movement on the breath, Kriya techniques, visualizations and meditation. Phil curates a sequence that would be similar to his Asana classes with the poses done in a chair. He will offer standing poses as well using the chair as a prop. For the virtual sessions, have a chair, a blanket, a Yoga block and a strap.
Each workshop will offer a different sequence and meditation practice.
