Trauma Informed Yoga: From Survival Stress to Safety, Authenticity and Fulfillment with Mikaela Soldan

For anyone with a nervous system!

Many of us move through life as if there's an invisible threat waiting around the corner. Our nervous systems stay on high alert, even when there's no immediate danger. We rush, strive, and push through, often without realizing how much stress we're carrying.

Over time, living this way disconnects us from ourselves. Beneath the deadlines, constant performance, and the belief that "I'll be happy when I reach the next goal," our creativity, joy, and inner wisdom become harder to access.
The truth is, our inner state shapes how we experience the world. When we're stressed, everything feels more urgent, threatening, and not enough. As our nervous system settles, we begin to relate to life differently. We feel more present, connected, and at ease.

In this workshop, we'll explore how stress shows up in the body and learn to recognize when we're activated, overwhelmed, or shut down. Through teaching, journaling, optional sharing, and a 75-minute gentle trauma-informed yoga practice with guided relaxation, you'll experience simple practices that help regulate the nervous system and cultivate a greater sense of safety from within.

This isn't about becoming less ambitious. It’s about creating a nervous system that can support the life you're building, so fulfillment comes from within, not from the next achievement.
