Join Lindsay Monal for an afternoon of deep rest and heart-centered connection as we tap into the healing frequency of love. Through collective intention-setting, gentle humming, vocal toning, and the vibratory support of crystal alchemy singing bowls and chimes, we’ll gather to remember the love that already lives within us.
As Rumi says, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."
In this session we’ll begin with a few gentle asanas to prepare the body for stillness, followed by a balancing breath practice, and an extended guided sound meditation in Savasana.
This is a practice of resting, receiving, and remembering—a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with the love that moves through all things. We’ll work to remove blockages that we have built through years of conditioning and come to remember our truest loving nature.
The beauty of sound meditation is that it meets you exactly where you're at, gently guiding your mind into a relaxed state with ease. All you have to do is listen.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Sunday, March 2nd, 12:30-2:00pm - live in-studio.
